Electrical Engineer
The entire process is online. First, HR will inquire about your past experiences and other related things. Then, the hiring manager will discuss technical aspects with you. If you successfully pass all interviews, you'll proceed to Meralco Compound for a medical test and to have your photo taken for your ID.

Associate
So for this role, you'll be helping out with getting financial statements, reports, and analyses ready. We need you to keep financial records super accurate, like the ledgers and journals. You'll also jump into accounts payable and receivable stuff, making sure invoices get processed and payments are tracked. We also need help with closing things out at month-end and year-end. Bank reconciliations and managing cash flow are also part of it. Plus, you'll assist with audits by getting the documents and reports together. Tax prep and making sure we're compliant is another area. And of course, working with the team on accounting projects and tasks. We also do training sessions to boost your accounting knowledge and skills.

So, the first interview is with HR, where they want to know about you and your work history, specifically how it fits this role, and also if you're okay with commuting here. Then there's a Final Interview where they'll go over your work experiences again, do some technical stuff like journal entries, and ask some really unique, out-of-the-box personality questions.

Process Analyst
The interview process started with an HR initial interview, followed by an Analyst Exam which involved a "right minus wrong" scoring over 1 hour and 30 minutes. Then, there was an Essay Writing task, and a requirement to Create a PPT Presentation for the next round. The subsequent stage was a Technical Interview, conducted as a panel interview with the Hiring Manager.
