You'll have a zoom call assessment exam and get eliminated each round. Those who pass the assessment will move on to a scheduled panel interview. After the interview, you'll wait for feedback.
- Can you discuss points from your resume?

The interview process has 3 stages: HR interview, abilities test, and final technical interview. The first one is a standard interview to get to know you. The test is difficult because you can't use a calculator. The last interview assesses your skills and what you can contribute.
- Can you describe a past project?
Analyst
I sent in my resume and qualifications to HR. Shortly after, we had a preliminary exam. Meralco's HR then called me to set up another exam. A few weeks went by, and I was called for a medical exam. The following week, I had a psychological evaluation. A week after that, I had a job interview, but it didn't go well. A month later, Meralco's HR informed me my resume was on file and they'd contact me if a suitable position opened up. I got my second interview after 6 months, which also didn't go well. A month after that, Meralco called again for another interview. This interview felt unprofessional, as the interviewer mainly asked about my family and a relative's situation. My next three interviews were also not very professional. The last interview I had with Meralco was the most unprofessional experience. The interviewers seemed unaware an interview was scheduled, were passing notes, laughed at me, and asked irrelevant questions.
- How is your uncle doing?
