Site Engineer
the interview process was rather tedious since we had to wait in line for a couple of hours. the interview proper is subtle and inviting. they ask several questions about myself, the typical stuff. then proceed with the technicalities such as inquiries on my thesis and such.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
Engineer
First, you'll have an initial screening with HR. After that, there's a department panel interview where you'll need to give a short PowerPoint presentation about yourself. They'll ask basic questions to see if you're adaptable to different work situations.
- Would you be willing to work on weekends or holidays, even during typhoons or other calamities?
Project Engineer
They will call you first via phone and ask if you want to be interviewed. If you do, they will set up an interview. Most questions are easy and are about yourself and your character.
- Can you drive a four-wheeled vehicle?
