They asked a lot of yes and no questions, but don't just reply a simple answer...say yes i able to work in all-weather condition and i understand that's part of the job, they ask what's your strength and weakness, or what would you do if you see someone who's not following the rules, and tell me a time where you have to deal dangerous or not so well friendly worker, last at least they ask how important is communication, etc...
- What would you do if you see someone who's not following a safety rules?
Passenger Service Agent
It was a big group interview with fun tasks. We made paper airplanes and talked about our favorite holiday destinations and customer service aspects. We presented our airplanes to the group, and the winner got a chocolate. Then, there was a group task about surviving on the moon, ranking items from most to least important. Someone was nominated to present to the group. The final part was a one-on-one interview with behavioral questions about challenges and problem-solving. There were also checklist questions about citizenship, car ownership, 24/7 availability, and a 6-month no-holiday commitment. They also mentioned the parking fee at the airport, which is $75 and not paid by the company.
- Could you describe a situation where you faced a challenge in your role and explain how you resolved it?
- Can you confirm your citizenship status?
- Do you own a vehicle?
Business Analyst
I got a call from HR asking some get-to-know-me questions. HR thought I was a good fit and scheduled me for an in-person interview that same week. The in-person interview went well, they were very nice! They liked my skills and experience. They had more interviews planned, but they mentioned I was someone they might consider making an offer to.
- Describe a situation where you had to do repetitive tasks under a tight deadline. How did you organize yourself and stay focused to ensure quality and timely completion?
Talent Acquisition Specialist
I had a recruiter call for a pre-screen, and we scheduled an interview during that call. I didn't get a confirmation email about the interview. When I tried calling the recruiter to check in, they didn't answer. On the day of the interview, I didn't get a call or a link from the recruiter. I called on the interview day and the following Monday, but only got voicemail. Basically, I was ghosted, and the TA team was very unprofessional.
- What are your salary expectations?
- Do you have prior experience in high-volume recruiting?
