It was a big group interview with fun tasks. We made paper airplanes and talked about our favorite holiday destinations and customer service aspects. We presented our airplanes to the group, and the winner got a chocolate. Then, there was a group task about surviving on the moon, ranking items from most to least important. Someone was nominated to present to the group. The final part was a one-on-one interview with behavioral questions about challenges and problem-solving. There were also checklist questions about citizenship, car ownership, 24/7 availability, and a 6-month no-holiday commitment. They also mentioned the parking fee at the airport, which is $75 and not paid by the company.

We were shown videos about John Menzies Company & the role of Passenger service agent by a team from Menzies. The presentation was given in Norwegian, and the English speakers were ignored. It's worth noting that knowing Norwegian wasn't a requirement in the job posting! We also filled out a short questionnaire before the interview. The interview process was poorly organized, and we had to wait in line outside the interview room for over 2 hours.

The interview process was easy. They asked basic questions about my previous job experiences. The interviewer was quick and straightforward with her questions. I got the job on the spot. My interview was at a separate HQ office, and it was just me being interviewed. The interviewer had many years of experience, so I also got to learn about her career path in aviation.
