The station manager invited me for a face-to-face interview. There was only one round. First, I had a conversation with the manager. Then, I worked with the supervisor for 20 minutes. They showed me how the system works and had a small conversation to see how fast I learn and what my expectations were.

After I finished a long online application that had a maths and english test, references, and personal details, I got an email for an assessment day. When I got to the assessment centre at the Hilton near Heathrow, I saw it was a group assessment. Don't be nervous, just make friends and show your skills during the group tasks. First, they told us about the company and asked what we knew about it, you could raise your hand to answer. This is a good chance to make a good impression and show you researched. High-ranking employees were watching, so do your best to stand out. Then we were split into smaller groups for easy group activities. Mine was to build a strong bridge out of straws and paper that could hold a stapler. After a break, 5 names were called to go to the next room, and they congratulated the rest of us for getting to the final stage! The final face-to-face interview was very simple with competency-based questions.
