My experience was really bad. I had an initial chat with the recruiter which went fine. However, it took them over a month to get back to me. When they did, they offered two times for a formal interview. I picked one, but never got an invite. On the day of that interview, which I'd cleared my schedule for, the recruiter told me we'd have to reschedule. This happened again for my third interview round. Also, they send a whole worksheet to my references, which was super embarrassing.

The interview process started with a phone call from HR. After that, there was a coding challenge involving a tutorial of their proprietary language and 25 questions, with the last two being more complex and building on the previous ones. This was followed by a long wait of 1.5 months. The final round was an interview with three software managers. We went through my resume, got acquainted, and then I was given logic/puzzle questions to solve within 30 minutes, after which I had to explain my solutions and thought process. There were no actual coding rounds. The logic questions came after about 1.5 hours of talking with the managers, which was quite draining; it would have been better if these were presented earlier.

The interview process was pretty standard. First up was a recruiter call with Bryson Macey. She asked a mix of technical questions, non-technical ones, and also about my personal preferences. After a few weeks, I had another interview with the hiring team, which included my potential manager and some other designers. In this round, they asked about my resume, wanted to see my Figma designs, and asked me to explain my thought process. The interview also included a combo of technical and behavioral questions. It went for about 2.5 hours and finished with a few logical questions on sequencing.

First, there's a technical assessment, so they might give you a coding test, a case study, or a problem-solving thing, depending on the job. Then, an initial chat with HR or a hiring manager to talk about your experience, what you can do, and what you want to do in your career. After that, a more detailed interview with people on the team, digging into your technical skills, how you solve problems, and how you handle different situations. Finally, you'll meet with the higher-ups or the main people making decisions, and if it all goes well, they'll make you a job offer.
