Implementation Specialist
My experience was really bad. I had an initial chat with the recruiter which went fine. However, it took them over a month to get back to me. When they did, they offered two times for a formal interview. I picked one, but never got an invite. On the day of that interview, which I'd cleared my schedule for, the recruiter told me we'd have to reschedule. This happened again for my third interview round. Also, they send a whole worksheet to my references, which was super embarrassing.
- Can you describe your previous work experiences?
- The company wants to tell you about themselves.
Specialist
I had some test questions during the second interview, and for the third interview, I did a PowerPoint presentation. I met with several hiring managers in a group conference room. It was a seamless and great experience. Be prepared and be confident presenting to an audience.
- What are your motivations for wanting to work here?
- What knowledge do you possess about Ehr vendors?
Specialist
It was a really long interview process. There were 3 interviews in total before they gave me an offer. They made me do a presentation during the second interview which I thought was dumb and a waste of my time because they didn't even ask any questions about it or give any feedback.
