It began with introductions, then DSA questions. The difficulty was manageable, and I solved them within the time limit, though the interviewer preferred JavaScript while I used Python. They asked two questions: one on prime numbers and another on GCD, expecting JS code. I also had to explain the time complexity.
- Can you write and explain the code for the DSA questions asked?
- I was asked to write and explain the code for the DSA questions.

At Meditab, the recruitment process typically involves five key stages. It begins with an Aptitude Test to evaluate candidates’ logical reasoning, numerical ability, and problem-solving skills. Those who clear this round proceed to a Technical Test, which assesses their domain knowledge through coding questions or technical problem-solving tasks. Successful candidates then face a Technical Interview, where they are evaluated on their understanding of programming concepts, previous projects, and ability to solve real-time problems. This is followed by a Personal Interview (PI) to assess communication skills, confidence, and overall personality. The final stage is the HR Interview, where salary discussions, company policies, and job expectations are covered, ensuring alignment between the candidate and Meditab’s work culture.
- Can you introduce yourself and walk me through your resume?
- Please explain each section of your resume in detail.

First up was an online coding round, if it was relevant. It had MCQs and 1-2 coding problems on stuff like Arrays, Strings, Recursion, Sorting, and Searching. Then, a Technical Interview where they really dug into DSA, from basic to medium difficulty. They asked common questions like explaining your project, how authentication works, how you'd scale an app, and why you'd pick MongoDB over SQL. The last round was an HR Interview, focusing on behavioral and resume-based questions. They wanted to know about me, why I wanted to join, and my strengths and weaknesses.
- Can you explain the authentication implementation in your project?
- How does authentication work in your project, and you explained how you implemented user login using JWT in Node.js.
