At Meditab, the recruitment process typically involves five key stages. It begins with an Aptitude Test to evaluate candidates’ logical reasoning, numerical ability, and problem-solving skills. Those who clear this round proceed to a Technical Test, which assesses their domain knowledge through coding questions or technical problem-solving tasks. Successful candidates then face a Technical Interview, where they are evaluated on their understanding of programming concepts, previous projects, and ability to solve real-time problems. This is followed by a Personal Interview (PI) to assess communication skills, confidence, and overall personality. The final stage is the HR Interview, where salary discussions, company policies, and job expectations are covered, ensuring alignment between the candidate and Meditab’s work culture.

I had 1 online technical round for about 1.5 hours, covering DSA, SQL, and CV discussion. Then, I had an offline interview with 3 more technical rounds, each about an hour, with different people and varying question difficulty. These also included some aptitude and personal questions. Following that, there was a 3-hour managerial round where I was asked about myself, my college experience, some subjects, and general personal interview type questions.

So, the hiring process kicked off with an aptitude round, which had 4 tests: logical reasoning, critical thinking, math, and verbal ability. Following that, there was a profile-specific test. Since it was for the Data Engineer role, they had a coding round with 5 basic coding questions about recursion, patterns, arrays, and strings. After the coding round, there was a technical and HR interview. The tech interview focused on SQL questions and resume-based questions.
