First up was an online coding round, if it was relevant. It had MCQs and 1-2 coding problems on stuff like Arrays, Strings, Recursion, Sorting, and Searching. Then, a Technical Interview where they really dug into DSA, from basic to medium difficulty. They asked common questions like explaining your project, how authentication works, how you'd scale an app, and why you'd pick MongoDB over SQL. The last round was an HR Interview, focusing on behavioral and resume-based questions. They wanted to know about me, why I wanted to join, and my strengths and weaknesses.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Can you explain the authentication implementation in your project?
  • How does authentication work in your project, and you explained how you implemented user login using JWT in Node.js.

The interview process was moderately challenging but took a while. You need some basic prep to pass, but they really put you through the wringer with lots of rounds. It took the whole day to get an offer. The aptitude test was easy, the technical part was okay, and the HR part was easy again.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was okay, but the interviewer was rude and expected people to work 16 hours a day. He even accused me of cheating from my notes during the live interview, which was really disrespectful. He also laughed at freshers. When I tried to ask for clarification, he rudely told me that he's the interviewer and I shouldn't ask anything. Later, when asked if I had questions, I inquired about the work culture and his work, to which he responded defensively, 'Why do you want to know my work?' I was disgusted by his attitude and didn't proceed to the second round, even though I was shortlisted.
