The whole process was quite friendly and fast, ending in just 2 rounds. My interviewer was super professional. They focused more on personality fit than my hard skills, with questions that were pretty high-level.

The interview felt pretty chill and conversational. They mainly wanted to hear about my past experience and asked some standard interview questions. We went over my background and I got to ask them some questions too. I also chatted with someone who currently works there.

I applied on the company's website and heard back the next day from the office manager for an initial interview. I met Joelle Hernandez and was supposed to meet Abe Freedberg too, but he wasn't there. They asked about my work experience, personality, why I wanted the job, and my education. Then I had a second interview where I had to present ideas for a marketing campaign they assigned me after the first meeting. I also did a practice phone pitch in front of everyone, which was a bit odd. The interviewers were really nice and welcoming. It was a shame I never got a response after that, I was pretty disappointed they ghosted me, but otherwise, it was a good experience.

Behavioral Presentation

I was shocked by how poorly they ran the interviews. I came all the way to the office and they hadn't even read my resume yet. They sat me down, read it in front of me, and said “I’m pretty satisfied”, any questions? And that was it. The second interview was a case study I put a ton of time into. I presented it to four people. After the interview, I found out a manager walked out, so they no longer had space for new hires. Would have been nice to know that earlier. I also didn’t hear it directly from them. I tried to reach out, and several people didn’t even acknowledge my emails. Dodged a bullet, I guess.
