They had a few contacts reach out to schedule a phone interview, but it took them two weeks to finally reply with one option after I confirmed the time. Then there was a take-home assignment and a presentation. The panel interview was supposed to have three people, but the hiring manager canceled last minute. They immediately asked me to go through my presentation without introductions. The interviewers didn't seem ready to ask questions after I presented, and one seemed really annoyed to be there. It felt like a disorganized and unprofessional interview.

Found the gig through a sales recruiter, the role was for a recent grad with 0-2 years experience. First interview was casual, like a 1 on 1 personality test. They asked some questions about my background and sales experience. Got a callback for a second interview, had about 4 days to prep a sales presentation on a given project topic. Research was fun and straight forward, felt confident in my presentation with 3 people. Got a call the next Thursday that I didn't get the job because I didn't have enough media industry experience, though my presentation was great. Ironic.

It started with a discovery call, then a case study where you present a project, pretty much like what you'd do on the job. You get a topic and guidelines, then create a cross-media campaign, including client verticals. If you're working with a recruiter, they'll give you some pointers too.
