Retail Academy
Three months, four steps. Initial online call, English test, in-person technical test (business case), and an in-person interview with management. Candidate covers all travel costs. No details provided about test or interview types beforehand, very long waiting times. The final interview with 'retail management' was actually with the program supervisor, where they reviewed the CV together and assigned a challenge (could have been done online, saving a trip). The examiner was very direct.

Inventory Coordinator
The interview process was smooth and professional, and I appreciated the opportunity to speak with both HR and the hiring manager. Everyone was friendly and respectful throughout. That said, the process did feel a bit slow — typically one week was used just to schedule the next round, and it took another week each time to hear back or move forward. Communication from HR wasn’t very active, and I didn’t receive a final update in the end. Still, it was a positive experience overall.
- Can you share your previous work experience?
- What software are you skilled in?
Full Stack Developer
- What are your salary expectations?
- Do you enjoy working in a team?
- Can you handle stress?
Intern
Very long process with many interviews, often with the same people. They make you feel comfortable but ask a lot. They really want to know about your educational background and interests related to the job. There are about 3-4 online interviews, then you move to in-person ones. What I didn't like was having to chase them after two weeks of silence. I was really interested in the position, and if they had let me know sooner, I would have looked elsewhere.
- Which university courses did you like the most?
