A quick but effective process. First, I had a phone screen with the Regional Manager that lasted about 30-40 minutes, where she clearly outlined the roster expectations. Then, I was brought into the boutique to meet the boutique manager. We had an interview for about 40 minutes, followed by a 3-hour paid trial shift.
