The interview process involved three stages. First, there was an HR interview. Next, I completed an assessment test that included logical and statistical questions. Finally, I had a concluding interview with the Board of Directors. The initial HR interview was alright, and the assessment test was a little tough but manageable.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

So, first there was like this HR call, you know, to screen me. Then, I had a panel interview with people from the Business Analysis team and the IT team. They asked me stuff about how I understand business processes, my problem-solving abilities, and if I knew tools like Excel and Power BI. They really wanted to see how I think analytically using real-world examples. It felt pretty professional and structured, all about checking my technical skills and how well I communicate.

The interview process was quite smooth. I was first contacted by HR, who then gave me an overview of the hiring process. I got to pick a time for the next step, which was a technical interview. In that interview, an engineer evaluated my technical skills and past work experience. A key tip for technical interviews is to use the STAR method (Situation-Task-Action-Result) when discussing your experience; it helps deliver the information employers are looking for. After passing the technical part, there was a short HR interview where they asked general questions about me and the company. Make sure you research the company's culture, what they do, and how they operate.
