The interview process involved three stages. First, there was an HR interview. Next, I completed an assessment test that included logical and statistical questions. Finally, I had a concluding interview with the Board of Directors. The initial HR interview was alright, and the assessment test was a little tough but manageable.

The interview process at MAS Holdings, a leading apparel manufacturer in Sri Lanka, usually starts with submitting your application online. Then, HR reviews it to check if you meet the basic requirements. Next, there's an initial interview, likely a phone or video call with HR to talk about your background and skills. Depending on the job, you might have a technical assessment to test your abilities. After that, you'll probably have one or more face-to-face interviews with managers or team members to discuss your experience and see if you're a good fit. They might also do reference checks to confirm your work history. If everything goes well, you could get a job offer. It's important to be well-prepared for all these steps and show your skills and enthusiasm.

It's one of the most challenging selection processes out there. Lots of stages and rounds, including assessment centers and interviews with managers at different levels. You'll go through about 5-6 interview rounds, and there's a filtering system in place. Initially, they use numerical, language, and personality tests. This whole thing can drag on for 3-4 months.
