So, first there was like this HR call, you know, to screen me. Then, I had a panel interview with people from the Business Analysis team and the IT team. They asked me stuff about how I understand business processes, my problem-solving abilities, and if I knew tools like Excel and Power BI. They really wanted to see how I think analytically using real-world examples. It felt pretty professional and structured, all about checking my technical skills and how well I communicate.

So, the first interview was a recruiter call on April 25th, 2016. They're basically checking your background, like your experience, what you studied, and what you're looking for salary-wise. Then, I had a face-to-face interview on April 28th, 2016, with my potential manager or senior BAs. This one was all about checking three things: how you interview, a paper test, and writing a report. The last interview was on May 10th, 2016. Usually, a director or the CEO you'll report to does this final one.

So there were three interviews in total. The first one was a call with HR, then another one with the HR manager, and the last one was with the Director or line manager. The first interview was online, but I had to go in person for the other two. They were upfront about what they were looking for.
