O processo é super fluido e o RH responde super rápido. Não tenho reclamações, composto por fase de entrevista com RH, com gestor e um case também. As coisas aconteceram como deveriam acontecer. Fui contactada pelo linkedin.

Interview was a video call where I spoke with the manager. I really liked it and had a great experience. Good communication and learning about group sales. I had access to video training tools on how to approach clients and how to have good relationships, communication via video calls and in-person. I learned about both in-person and remote work aspects.

Behavioral Technical

They contacted me after seeing my profile on a job board. I agreed to the recruitment process, which was conducted via video calls and emails. In total, I had 3 interviews. The first two went very well, with the HR and Design departments. Finally, the Area Manager interviewed me, and I felt like they hadn't coordinated because she knew nothing about me. Because of this, I didn't feel she was interested in me, she barely asked me anything, and in the end, I didn't receive an offer.

We want to make candidates feel welcome, so we'll introduce ourselves and the team. We'll start with easy questions like “Why are you interested in this position?” and then move to tougher ones like “Tell me about a time you dealt with an angry customer.” We'll talk about the job, answer your questions, and tell you about our company’s values and benefits. If it’s appropriate, we might give you a tour or introduce you to the team. Setting up interviews involves recruiters coordinating with everyone. We ensure interview times work for both the hiring team and candidates. We'll let the hiring manager and front office know when candidates are arriving. Emails will be sent with all the necessary details like directions and what to bring. A meeting room will be booked and prepared. We'll give hiring managers a checklist and any materials they need, like notepads. Remember to give candidates enough notice, choose comfortable rooms, and send reminders to hiring managers to help them prepare.
