First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Marisa.
Commercial Manager
The process took a while, and I was nervous. I waited a lot. The recruiter was nice and generous. They asked interesting things, and I answered. I felt comfortable. Then I took a test for attention, math, and Portuguese. I did well. I liked it.
- Could you answer some general and very personal questions?
- Were you able to complete the attention test?
- Did you pass the math test?
Graduate Trainee
It was a very long selection process, with several stages like an online dynamic (which was an online escape room), an in-person dynamic, creating cases, problem-solving, and an online interview. The evaluators were always very friendly and welcoming, but when it came to the last stage, many girls didn't pass and didn't receive any feedback. I rate the experience as negative because it was extremely exhausting and without feedback.

Repository Associate
The interview process involved asking about your work experience, specifically if you've worked formally with a work card, and which companies you've worked for previously. They also inquired about your skills, your marital and family status, your reasons for needing the job, and your potential contributions to the company's growth.
- Do you have formal work experience?
- Which company did you previously work for formally?
- What are your skills?
Intern
The selection process involved a group dynamic. First, they started with a very relaxed presentation about the company. After that, they asked each candidate to introduce themselves (age, course, why they were interested in the position and the company, etc.). The final stage of the process was a case study resolution. The HR randomly selected people to form 2 groups and gave them 20 minutes to discuss the case. Finally, the groups had to present their resolution in 5 minutes. In summary, the interview was quite nice and it was clear that the team put effort into preparing and conducting the process. However, what disappointed me was the lack of feedback on the interview (3 weeks have passed, and the HR promised to provide feedback within 1 week after the process). They might have forgotten due to the large number of candidates, but regardless of numerous possible reasons, not providing feedback shows disrespect and undervalues the candidate. I hope they can improve in this aspect so that the company grows according to its corporate values.
- Please introduce yourself, including your age, course of study, and your reasons for applying for this role and our company.
