Group Case Presentation

The selection process involved a group dynamic. First, they started with a very relaxed presentation about the company. After that, they asked each candidate to introduce themselves (age, course, why they were interested in the position and the company, etc.). The final stage of the process was a case study resolution. The HR randomly selected people to form 2 groups and gave them 20 minutes to discuss the case. Finally, the groups had to present their resolution in 5 minutes. In summary, the interview was quite nice and it was clear that the team put effort into preparing and conducting the process. However, what disappointed me was the lack of feedback on the interview (3 weeks have passed, and the HR promised to provide feedback within 1 week after the process). They might have forgotten due to the large number of candidates, but regardless of numerous possible reasons, not providing feedback shows disrespect and undervalues the candidate. I hope they can improve in this aspect so that the company grows according to its corporate values.

Behavioral Other

A smooth interview is one where you feel comfortable discussing your experiences, skills, and interests without too much pressure. It usually starts with a friendly welcome, where the interviewer greets you and briefly explains how the interview will go. Then, simple questions are asked about your background, like your studies, previous experiences, and why you're applying. Throughout the conversation, the interviewer keeps a friendly and respectful tone, letting you answer calmly and ask questions whenever you want. There might also be a part where they explain more about the job activities, the work environment, and what the company expects. At the end, the interviewer thanks you for participating, tells you about the next steps in the selection process, and says goodbye nicely. This type of interview tends to be more conversational and natural, helping you show your qualities more spontaneously. 🙂
