it was a really long interview process, it went through 4 rounds and then the position was put on hold. I felt like the interviews went pretty well, so I was surprised by the final feedback. If it's true that the position was on hold, it's weird they didn't tell me earlier, and if I wasn't a good fit, I feel like they should have told me that upfront.

So first we had this screening interview, it's like the first time they actually talk to you, you know? Then there were phone screen interviews, followed by the first in-person interview. After that, it was a competency interview. Then came the second and third interviews, and they even invited us to a social gathering. The final interview was next, and then, of course, the background check.

There were 3 rounds. First was a technical round with basic questions. Second technical round focused on security and SQL. Finally, a general discussion with the General Manager about my project experience and compensation.

First was the HR round, which was easy. Then came the Manager Round (average). The final round was with the Regional Manager (also average). The interviews are pretty straightforward if you answer with confidence, which greatly increases your chances of getting selected. Key things to note are your comfort level working on weekends and whether you have a two-wheeler. This role is generally better suited for bachelors than for those with families.
