I applied via Naukri.com and got an hall ticket with details via email. The window was from 10 am to 1 pm, and I arrived at the office around 11 am. We had to submit our resumes, and then the receptionist called us one by one for an interview. There were about 300 people, but only one interviewer, who was very slow. There weren't proper arrangements for screening candidates, and we didn't have a place to sit and wait. It took me 3.5 hours to get my turn. Only the interview happened that day. Nobody knows how they are selecting candidates.

The first round was a chat with HR, asking about my past work, why I left, and my transition from client servicing to sales. It was pretty straightforward. Then, I spoke with the Team Manager, who seemed to need someone for his team. He asked why I wanted to join them, my job expectations, languages I know, my familiarity with the city's geography, and where I'm from. That was more of an interactive session. The last round was with the Branch Manager. He was upfront about the job's demands: flexible hours and dealing with potentially arrogant high-profile clients. He basically gauged my readiness for a fast-paced, results-driven setting.

first I had a direct interview with HR and then there were some telephonic calls with the higher authorities. after that there is another interview with a team head. this is an important stage because most of the time the team head is from the team you will be selected for and their decision is final.
