The interview process was pretty straightforward and quick. The HR person was super helpful, and I also spoke with the Team Manager who was really nice. They talked about the company's work-life balance, and I got my offer in just one day.

So I had this interview with the manager of the ludhiana branch, and it felt a bit biased, you know? They asked some weird questions. The next day, I got a call saying I didn't make it because I apparently wasn't confident. The thing is, the manager didn't really ask me anything or even look at my resume, they just sort of told me to leave.

The hiring process is straightforward and includes at least three stages. You'll start with an HR screening, followed by interviews with the relevant department managers. There's a six-month probation period; during this time, you can leave with a 15-day notice, but after probation, it's a one-month notice period.
