Applied online, it was super easy. It's a group interview, which I would avoid if possible. They showed us the POS system and mentioned it's more sales-oriented, and that meeting quota means more hours, while not meeting it means fewer hours.

We started with a group interview with about four candidates. The manager and assistant manager gave us a tour of the shop, then we went to the back office for the actual interview. They explained the company, our responsibilities, and compensation. Then, we filled out a questionnaire with questions about photography and customer service. After completing the questionnaire, we swapped sheets with a partner, discussed our answers, and then presented them back to the managers in a positive light. Finally, we had a chance to ask our own questions, submit our preferred working hours, and were then escorted back to the sales floor.

Did a phone interview first and then went in person, the people there were really nice and they talked about some cool opportunities around the world. They asked the usual stuff about my experience, what I think the future holds, and like where I want to be in a couple of years.

The interview was pretty straightforward and to the point. The person who interviewed me was casual and tried not to make the environment too serious. However, it was very professional at the same time. During the interview, we discussed my college studies, future career goals, interest in the applied for position, and schedule/availability.
