Had a face-to-face chat with the sales manager, then did a mock scenario selling products. It was a pretty relaxed and comfortable interview. After that, there was another group interview before they decided where to put us. The whole thing took about a month.

Behavioral Other

It was pretty formal, but friendly and not nerve-wracking. We did it at the cafe near the site. They asked some pretty simple questions. Then they asked if we could do a trial shift. We set one up and then I came in for the trial shift. It was pretty simple, involving the sales process of attracting guests and getting them to buy our overly priced photos. The trial shift went great, and I was told to go to the cafe with the manager where he told me I got the job!

Did a phone interview first and then went in person, the people there were really nice and they talked about some cool opportunities around the world. They asked the usual stuff about my experience, what I think the future holds, and like where I want to be in a couple of years.
