Sales Executive
the whole process was kinda haphazard. the first round was okay, with HR and the sales head. they didn't get back to me for like 2 months and said they weren't hiring. then, like 2 weeks after that, an offer package came in. BUT. when i got into the role, the actual job was totally different from what we talked about in the interviews.

The process involved getting your application reviewed, then virtual interviews, and some skill assessments where they'd ask you to draft emails or say how you'd handle certain situations, followed by reference checks and the final decision. It was mainly about soft skills and was pretty easy and straightforward.

- Can you present a case study?
Marketing Intern
It was a two-stage interview process. The first stage was with HR, and the second was with the department manager. The initial round was mostly about introducing myself and discussing my past experiences as listed on my CV. The subsequent round focused more on assessing personality compatibility, work ethic, and general attitude. Both interviewers were quite pleasant and friendly.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Could you elaborate on your CV experiences?
- How do you think your personality aligns with this position?
Client Solutions Analyst
My recruitment process involved: 1) Application review - they emailed me about my application status and interview schedules. 2) 1st interview (via zoom) - I met and chatted with the interviewer I'd be working with. It lasted about 40-45 min. 3) 2nd interview (case study + assignments + presentation) - I had to do a few assignments, including a case study, an email test in all required languages, and a presentation based on my research and case study results (I also had to make separate presentation slides). All this had to be done in 90 minutes, covering prep and presentation.
- Could you share your motivations for applying to this role?
- Can you elaborate on your past professional experiences?
- What are your thoughts on our competitors?
