Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at LYNK.
Analyst
There were 3 rounds in total. The first was a group discussion where we were given a current affairs topic and had to speak on it. The second round involved an email writing test and submitting a case study presentation. The final round was a case interview followed by some basic HR questions.
- Could you introduce yourself?
- What are your 5-year career aspirations?
- What motivates you to join our company?
Analyst
We started with a group discussion (GD), then a case study where I had to prepare a presentation. After that, there was a mock call to check my communication skills, followed by an HR interview. Overall, it was pretty straightforward and not too difficult. The team was really supportive, which I think says a lot about the company's culture.
- What are your strategies for building trust with someone you've just met?
Analyst
There were two parts to the interview. First, a general behavior questions round. Second, a case interview, which is similar to the actual work they do. Some questions involved looking up people on LinkedIn, and others required logic.
- What does success mean to you?
- Why are you interested in Lynk?
- What is your understanding of our company?
