Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at LYNK.
Senior Associate
There were two rounds of interviews that spanned about a month. The first was with HR, and the second with the Client Solutions Team. The HR interview was good and the head was really nice. You need to understand their business because it's quite unique and they will ask you about it. The second round will be in your own language.
- What motivates your interest in joining Lynk?
- What draws you to Hong Kong?
- Can you explain your understanding of our unique business model?
Junior Associate
The interview process includes an initial resume screening, followed by interviews with HR, a Manager, and finally a senior-level interviewer. The entire process typically lasts about a month, depending on interview scheduling. Expect questions about your personality, future aspirations, and a case interview that requires some preparation.
- What are your long-term goals?
- Are you familiar with our business model and what we do?
Junior Associate
First, there was a call with HR to talk about you, your background, your motivation, and how much you know about the role and the company. Second, a case study was given where you had to identify experts for certain topics within the case. Then, you had to present your thought process and explain why you picked those experts.
- What makes you want this job?
- What are your career goals?
