Had a quick phone screening, basically a first interview with some easy questions. It was about 15-20 minutes long. They asked a few basic questions and then I had time to ask some myself at the end. I asked 4 questions but didn't move on.

The interview process was smooth and I got quick responses and transparent feedback. The application starts with a simple logical assessment, then an excel assessment, and after that, three interviews. The whole process took about a month.

I had a really strange experience with this interview. The person interviewing me wouldn't give me any information about the pay or salary, which is super unusual. If I'm going to be working 50 hours a week, I definitely want to know what I'll be getting paid. It felt like they just go through people quickly and need someone to fill the spot. If you're looking at reviews, don't believe all the good ones. Notice how they all say the same good and bad things.

This company seems off, honestly, don't waste your time interviewing with them (check other reviews). They keep this role open year-round, just looking without a real job. It's like many others here; they waste your time through multiple steps, say you're a great fit, then send a rejection email within 24 hours. If there's ever a real opening (which is rare), they just hire friends from their alma mater, so if you didn't go there, you don't stand a chance.
