This process was a waste of time. I went through several interview rounds. The final round went for an hour and a half, though the specific duration wasn't mentioned. It seems like they aren't actually hiring anyone. They only wanted to discuss their company's growth, despite their LinkedIn showing a reduction in employees.

The hiring process started with a screening call with HR. Then, there was an Excel case study. After that, I interviewed with an Associate and finally a Senior Associate. They also asked for 2-3 references before making a decision about an offer. The whole process spanned from June to August, taking up most of the summer.

This company seems off, honestly, don't waste your time interviewing with them (check other reviews). They keep this role open year-round, just looking without a real job. It's like many others here; they waste your time through multiple steps, say you're a great fit, then send a rejection email within 24 hours. If there's ever a real opening (which is rare), they just hire friends from their alma mater, so if you didn't go there, you don't stand a chance.
