Channel Marketing Associate
The interview process for this entry-level role started with a 30-minute phone screen, followed by a second round consisting of four 30-minute interviews. While the interviews weren't overly difficult, the second round felt a bit unusual. The first two interviews in the second round were good, with engaging interviewers asking relevant questions. However, the last two interviews were quite short, with interviewers asking only one or two questions that took about 5-7 minutes to answer. This left about 20-25 minutes for me to ask questions, which felt like missed opportunities to showcase my skills. It was challenging to ask specific role-related questions as the interviewers were from cross-functional teams and couldn't provide detailed answers. Despite this, the people were nice and engaged. I haven't heard back in about two weeks, so I'm expecting either to be ghosted or receive a rejection. I'd still recommend applying, as it was a positive experience overall and a great opportunity for those looking to start a marketing career.

Investment Associate Intern
Got a call from a recruiter and set up a time to chat. Then I talked to an equity analyst and an equity strategist. They asked me typical behavioral questions and about my background. They really wanted to see how I think about finding new investment ideas and if my extra-curriculars show I'm genuinely interested. For Superday, I had to do a case study where I picked a company, made a presentation, and answered some questions.

Consultant Intern
I submitted an online application and about a week later, I got an interview request. The first step was a two-on-one meeting with two analysts. We were in a conference room, and I was on the big screen. They chatted for a few minutes. I had done some research and prep for the interview to practice general skills, although I wasn't that interested in the role because I had an EB investment banking offer the day before. When I joined the call, they immediately came across as condescending. I answered 'tell me about yourself' and they were silent for a couple minutes. Then they asked me to sell myself. After those two questions, they didn't ask anything else. They opened it up for questions about six or seven minutes into the call. I asked about five or six different questions, and each time they would laugh together for a bit before giving a short, unenthusiastic answer. I eventually got bored and thanked them for their time, leaving early. I don't have a big ego and I wasn't expecting to be a top candidate, but I've been successful in tougher interviews for more interesting jobs, so being dismissed so quickly left a bad impression. It doesn't seem like a good work environment, and I know I'll be happier in the roles I got offers for.

Team Leader
I made it to the second round of interviews and completed about 10 interviews in total. It was really frustrating because after the second round, they ghosted me for a month. When I finally emailed them, they told me they had chosen another candidate. I feel like it shouldn't be that hard to let someone know sooner. This whole experience really changed my view of them as a company, and honestly, it's probably a good thing I didn't get the job. The interview scheduling was also a mess. One interviewer rescheduled at the last minute, which I can understand, but another just didn't show up at all, saying they were double-booked. How difficult is it to send an email? Especially for the level of role I was applying for, it felt really disrespectful. It's been almost 4 months, and I honestly don't think I'd ever consider working there again. It seems like the online reviews are right – employees and HR there are super inconsiderate, and my experience really shows their company culture.
