Behavioral Technical

It was a quick and easy interview process. They mainly wanted to see if I had what it takes for B2B sales, like handling rejections, cold calling, and closing deals. The communication was clear and direct, with no pressure. However, the pay structure changed drastically later, and the company faced issues, leading to them not paying reps what they were owed.

The interview process was a joke, honestly. It was three rounds: first round interview, second round interview, and third. They're a SCAM. They send out incorrect and misleading information in their emails and the job description sounds way better than the actual job. For the first round, they made me come to the city and wait 20 minutes past the interview time. For the second round, they made me go outside in 30-degree weather to ask me more about my resume. Then they made me ride the subway for one stop and just sit and stand in random spots in the subway to write pages of answers as a 'test', still in the freezing cold for hours. While they were harassing people in the subway about their 'marketing cause'. Completely unprofessional and disgusting. SCAM.

Beware, this whole thing was a scam! I thought I was interviewing for a PR job and even flew out from Texas. The first round was a group interview, which is a terrible way to interview. Four companies were sharing the same office space, and nobody knew where to go, which was super sketchy. They asked me to come back the next day, and then they told me I'd be doing DOOR TO DOOR sales in Brooklyn. I'm 23 and they sent me to one of the sketchiest neighborhoods ever to try and sell Time Warner Cable packages to an auto repair shop. I told my interviewer this wasn't what I signed up for. To make matters worse, my interviewer texted me asking me out the next night after this whole awful experience.

Loop reached out to me quickly after I started my job search and scheduled an interview within a couple of days. The first interview went great with Jill, who was very friendly and seemed genuinely interested in me. She then set up a second round for the very next day. This second round was a full day of observation, which was the most engaging and enjoyable interview experience I've had. I shadowed James to see his day-to-day work, which gave me a solid understanding of the business, even though it was an entry-level position that would lead to more. Apparently, I made a good impression on James, because I was then invited for a third round interview with Mike back at the office.
