The interview process was a joke, honestly. It was three rounds: first round interview, second round interview, and third. They're a SCAM. They send out incorrect and misleading information in their emails and the job description sounds way better than the actual job. For the first round, they made me come to the city and wait 20 minutes past the interview time. For the second round, they made me go outside in 30-degree weather to ask me more about my resume. Then they made me ride the subway for one stop and just sit and stand in random spots in the subway to write pages of answers as a 'test', still in the freezing cold for hours. While they were harassing people in the subway about their 'marketing cause'. Completely unprofessional and disgusting. SCAM.

The company seemed exciting and vibrant so I was eager to give it a shot. The first round felt more like speed dating, it was over in 5mins and they shoved everyone out afterwards. I was called in for a second interview and it was worse than the first. I was paired with someone rude and uninterested in me as a person. I realized 40 mins in that it required a lot of soliciting and I kindly turned down any further opportunity. The person I was shadowing didn’t care too much.

I arrived 20 minutes early for my interview, and the office was quite busy with three businesses operating there: Loop it, Executive Touch, and Allure. Jill, the CEO, interviewed me. The questions were pretty straightforward, and I was invited back for a second round the next day. This second round was a full day out on the streets, where I had to complete assignments and observe a group doing direct marketing. After finishing the street work around 6:30 PM, we returned to the office, and I was offered the job.
