It was great and smooth, very nice interviewer, cosy questions and vibes, about 20-25 minutes in total for the whole interview process, but not sure if l could get the offer later....

Case Behavioral

3-4 rounds of interviews. The 2nd round was a disaster. The interviewer seemed to relish making the candidate speechless with time-bound questions. While I understand that an interviewer might find a candidate unsuitable, it doesn't give them the right to degrade, put down, or make rude comments, hinting at rejection. You can't judge a candidate's entire work history and capability based on a few unanswered or partially answered questions and pass judgment immediately.

Technical Behavioral

It was an easy, smooth interview with a relaxed atmosphere. They asked direct questions, covering both theoretical and practical technical skills. I met with three interviewers: an area manager, a senior surveyor, and an HR representative. They confirmed my selection three months later, and the salary negotiation process took about two weeks.

Behavioral Technical

Interviewed via Microsoft Teams with HR about my career background and long-term goals. Then another Teams interview with the hiring manager and one of their direct reports. The interviewer stressed using the STAR technique and clarified the role was IT auditing only, not engineering. A key point was to be prepared for interruptions from the hiring manager's staff member and to ensure they didn't cut off responses to the hiring manager. The hiring manager was personable, but the other staff member was rude. Because of the rude interviewer, I decided I didn't want the job and mentioned exploring other opportunities, thanking them for their time. Despite my audit hours submission, I received a system-generated email stating I didn't get the position, with no follow-up call.
