Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Lloyd's Register.

It was an easy, smooth interview with a relaxed atmosphere. They asked direct questions, covering both theoretical and practical technical skills. I met with three interviewers: an area manager, a senior surveyor, and an HR representative. They confirmed my selection three months later, and the salary negotiation process took about two weeks.

So, the interview started out talking about my experience and my goals, and then it moved into some technical questions. After that, I had an interview with HR, who joined the call. She asked me some more behavioural questions. Overall, it was a pretty easy interview.
