First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Littelfuse.
Rotational Engineer
The interview process took about 3 months and the interviewers were generally really nice. However, the last interviewer had a poor attitude, didn't even look at my resume, and seemed unsure of what to discuss during our conversation. This was the final step, and unfortunately, it led to me not getting the job.
- Can you explain coding problems?
- Do you have any questions about PCB design?
Cadet Engineer
It was a typical interview process. I received an email and then had to go through a series of interviews. The stages were HR, then a panel interview, and finally an interview with the Production Manager. The key is to be confident in your answers and just go with the flow of the interview.
- What makes you a good fit for this role?
Product Manager
The process involved many deep discussions, and it was a good but tiring experience overall. The remote role had a lot of hour-long meetings, starting with HR, then the hiring manager, and the manager above them.
- Can you discuss the technical and commercial aspects of your previous experience and how they apply here?
- What other value do you believe you can bring to this position?
Process Engineer Technician
So for the Process Engineer Technician role at Littelfuse, it was a few parts. First, a phone screen, then an in-person with the hiring team. They really wanted to check out my technical skills, see how I tackle problems, and just generally gauge if I'd be a good fit for the company culture.
- Can you tell me about a technical problem you faced in your last job and how you resolved it?
- How do you think you'd fit into our company culture?
