So for the Process Engineer Technician role at Littelfuse, it was a few parts. First, a phone screen, then an in-person with the hiring team. They really wanted to check out my technical skills, see how I tackle problems, and just generally gauge if I'd be a good fit for the company culture.

I went through 3 rounds of interviews. First, I had a phone call with HR. Then, there was a panel interview with the hiring manager, and finally, a one-on-one with the plant manager. The interviews were pretty standard. They wanted to see how much I knew about the specific job I was applying for and how I'd handle the day-to-day situations. They also assessed if my personality would be a good fit for the team.

It was a nice greeting at reception. Then I was sent to my first interviewer. He asked me about my titling project, then my experience as an electrical testing technician, and my current role as a process engineer. After that, we ran out of time and I moved on to the second interviewer. The second interviewer was more interested in my technical abilities with Cognex cameras and PLCs.
