Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Littelfuse.
Rotational Engineer
The interview process took about 3 months and the interviewers were generally really nice. However, the last interviewer had a poor attitude, didn't even look at my resume, and seemed unsure of what to discuss during our conversation. This was the final step, and unfortunately, it led to me not getting the job.
- Can you explain coding problems?
- Do you have any questions about PCB design?
Engineer
The interview process was great and straightforward. It was long enough to figure out if I was a good fit. The hiring manager told me who I'd be working with and how the company is structured. They even answered questions I hadn't asked yet.
- Tell me about your experience with the job's tasks.
Failure Analysis Engineer
This interview was tough but overall pretty enjoyable. I was nervous initially, but preparation really helped. The panel was friendly and didn't create a lot of pressure during the interview.
- Can you discuss your past work experience?
- Could you elaborate on your academic background from university?
