First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Lincare.
Delivery Driver
The interview process was pretty standard. They used typical questioning methods. My main problem was when they said they'd call me on a specific day, but then they didn't, and they completely ignored my follow-up calls and messages.
- Could you share your experience and what you know about this role?
Outside Sales Representative
I had an initial in-person meeting with the center manager, and then a follow-up Zoom interview with the area manager. The whole process was pretty laid-back, and I think my first impression really helped me get the job, so being confident is important.
- How at ease are you with cultivating relationships?
Specialty Equipment Technician
The interview process was okay. It seemed a bit disorganized and the pay offered was low. The employees were nice and the location was good. I would have taken the job if the pay had been better for what the description asked for. The hours were fine, but the interviewer didn't seem ready and I don't think they had my resume.
- What is your reason for leaving your current employment?
- What are your best qualities?
- Describe your method for dealing with stress.
Center Manager
I saw the job on a job board and the district manager emailed me back within a week. We arranged a phone interview for after 5 because I was working. The phone interview was about 30 minutes. We then emailed to set up an in-person interview at the center with the district manager. It was a normal interview. Then they gave me a pamphlet to look over for a few minutes. I then had to pitch the company and services to the district manager. He said he'd call by the end of the week but didn't. I called him to check in and got the job. Turns out that was a test to see if I'd take the initiative.
