Customer Service Representative
I got a call to set up an interview. I went to the interview and they said they’d let me know either way after everyone else was interviewed. I never heard back after that, so I guess I didn't get it, but it's fine, most places don't bother telling you.
- What past experiences do you have that you feel have prepared you for this position?
Customer Service Representative
I got a call from the office manager and answered some questions over the phone. Then I was asked to come in for an interview with him. It was a really casual, quick interview that lasted about 20 to 30 minutes. Later that day, I got another call asking me to come back for a second interview to meet the area manager. I was told to make sure to dress professionally for it. That interview was also very short because the area manager was on the phone for most of it. I had to fill out some paperwork and then go for a drug test. A few days later, they offered me the job.
- What are your future aspirations in the next five years?
- Describe how you manage challenging circumstances.
Customer Service Associate
I had a face-to-face chat with the hiring manager. The vibe at work is super chill, and the people I'd be working with seem really friendly and helpful. They let me know their decision a few days later, and then I got an offer letter along with some paperwork to fill out online, and I also had to do a drug screen and a background check. The whole thing was pretty fast and painless.
- What were the standard questions asked in the interview?
