I had an initial in-person meeting with the center manager, and then a follow-up Zoom interview with the area manager. The whole process was pretty laid-back, and I think my first impression really helped me get the job, so being confident is important.

I sent my resume via email and got a call back about two business days later. We set up an interview for the next week. The first interview was about an hour, pretty laid-back, though I'm sure it depends on the manager. Then there was a homework assignment before the second interview, which happened about a week after the first. The second interview included the branch manager's boss.

The Area Manager gave a speech that was a bit misleading about commission and career advancement opportunities. She seemed to be focused on filling spots quickly rather than hiring the best candidates. While traditional sales roles might offer decent earnings, be cautious about specialty divisions due to the commission structure. However, most center managers seem to have integrity and are helpful with things like late reimbursements and commission approvals.
