First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Levy.
Concession Supervisor
It was simple and very quick, and they explained the duties well. It's seasonal work, but there are opportunities to return, with some families working there for 25 years. There are TONS of hours available, and they were flexible with my schedule. You just need to tell them what you need, and they will try to accommodate you.

Concessions Supervisor
It was a hiring event type interview, but it was quick and simple. I was hired on the spot for Cubs/Wrigley Field. They asked how many hours I want to work and about my availability. I spoke with 2 hiring managers for clarification on the role. It's a back of house type role, but fans also have access to you. It all depends on the location within the park that they need you.
- Can you tell me about your availability?
- Tell me about your resume.
- What is your personality like?
Store Manager
The initial screening was good, and I had 3 video interviews which felt like a lot, but they went well. The recruiter mentioned they work quickly, but the whole thing took over a month. After the videos, I met the District Manager at the store, and that also went fine. The recruiter gave a verbal offer and said I'd hear back by a specific day, but I never did. I had to follow up myself to find out they chose someone else who was recommended. They missed their own deadlines for getting back to me and never called when they said they would. They gave a verbal job offer and then ghosted me. I wouldn't suggest this company.
- What is your 30, 60, 90 day plan?
- Tell me about the company.
- What is your leadership style?
Human Resources
I was emailed for a 30 min phone chat to go over my background and skills. After that, I had a final in-person interview with the HR people. It was pretty laid-back, they asked me to introduce myself and then I had the rest of the hour to ask them questions. It felt good, they were really nice and kept me interested. They said I'd hear back in a week, but it's been almost three weeks and still nothing. I've sent two follow-ups and they've just ignored me. This ghosting is really rude and has made me feel bad about the whole application process. I think companies should let candidates know what's up, win or lose, because how they handle interviews says a lot about them.
