I had a phone call intro call that helped explain the role. I was asked simple questions about my background. Then I came into the office for a formal interview where I met with two team members to clarify questions about why I was interested and I was offered the role the next week.

I had an initial phone screen with the HR manager, which was pretty straightforward, mostly just getting to know me and my background. Then, about a week later, I went in for an in-person interview with both the HR manager and the director. It was a really relaxed and informal chat. They asked about my past experience and my future career aspirations. The main issue was the timeline they gave for a decision, saying it would be two to three weeks. I sent a follow-up email after the interview. When that three-week mark passed with no word, I emailed the HR manager, and then a week after that, I emailed the director, asking about the timeline. I got no response to either. I even called and left a voicemail, which was also ignored. I ended up reaching out to my referral, and only then did I get an email saying they'd chosen another candidate. The communication was really bad, especially for a company that talks about wanting to 'grow.' It was also strange that some people working there didn't seem to care about sports. I definitely wouldn't recommend applying here, even with a referral, because of the poor communication and how they treat candidates.

It was a straightforward and fast process, with two rounds in total. One interview was in-person with three people, and the other was a phone call with one other person. I got the offer by email within a week. They mainly asked questions to see if I was a personality fit.
