The interview process was relaxed and low-stress. It began with a tour of the facility and introductions to some of the staff during the tour. This then led to an interview with the head of the department, where some technical questions were posed.

The interview process was fair and straightforward. I felt I matched the qualifications and then some. I was fooled into thinking it went great, but then they strung me along for 4 months before sending the standard rejection email. After talking to a former employee, it seems like this company is in utter turmoil, and I dodged a bullet!

The process was lengthy, involving 4 rounds. Initially, I spoke with HR for basic screening, followed by the hiring manager. Then, I had two more rounds with the hiring manager's manager. This thoroughness made sense for a key role, aiming to select the right candidate. The hiring manager discussed the role and asked many questions before I moved to the VP round, which seemed pre-arranged. I was randomly presented to the VP, which felt a bit awkward as he wasn't sure of the position he was interviewing for. A few days later, HR informed me the VP wanted another round due to time constraints. I had this additional round, which went well. However, there was silence for 2-3 weeks. My follow-up email to HR went unanswered, and to this day, I haven't received a response. While I can accept not being the right fit, the time invested by HR, the hiring manager, and the VP (twice) without any feedback suggests inefficiency in their hiring process. This makes me wonder about their systems for procurement and other functions. Privately held companies often seem less concerned about such matters. Initially intrigued by their brand and job description, I lost interest in Leviton, feeling it wasn't the right place for me. After two months since the last interview, I noticed the position is still open. Good luck with hiring.

The hiring process was pretty fast, taking about 4-5 weeks total with 5 Teams interviews. The initial interviews with the hiring manager and lead engineer went really well; they were professional and asked about my experience, which seemed to be exactly what they needed. However, the last three interviews, which were with the Marketing team, were unprofessional. They didn't seem interested in how my experience aligned with their needs and acted as if they had already decided against me. They were also rude when asking about my current situation, almost like they were annoyed. This role has apparently been open for nearly two years without being filled, and based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend working there due to a clear management division.
