Marketing
it was pretty average, but there were a lot of interviews so be prepared to chat with many different people. everyone was really nice and supportive, and you should definitely show your enthusiasm because your personality is important.
- Could you introduce yourself?
Graphic Designer
The interview process was pretty long, taking over a month, even though I'd done similar work before. It started with a quick HR chat, then I showed my portfolio virtually to the Creative Director. After that, I had an in-person meeting with a project manager and two art directors. The last step was a big design task for a new campaign. They were friendly at first, but then it got hard to get updates. In the end, I didn't get the job, and they only gave feedback after I asked, which took a while and didn't explain much, just that they picked someone less experienced.
- Can you describe how you'd handle difficult situations internally?
- What's your approach to managing relationships with other departments?
- How do you ensure realistic timelines and creative processes are followed?
Intern
The interview process consisted of personality-based questions, discussions about your previous work experience, and reasons for your interest in the company and the hospitality industry. It involved one interview with HR and then a second interview with the restaurant where you would be working. Both interviews were conducted in a very casual and low-stress environment.
- Can you share any prior experience you have in the hospitality field?
Server
I sent my application in online, but you only should apply if the job is posted on the site. I got a call for an interview, and first met with the scheduling manager. Then he sent me to the General Manager of the restaurant for the actual interview.
- Do you feel comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced setting?
