Started with an HR Screen, which was pretty basic. Then had an interview with the Hiring Manager. After that, interviewed with a partner in my division. The last interview was with a high-up partner and was definitely the shortest.

The interview process consisted of personality-based questions, discussions about your previous work experience, and reasons for your interest in the company and the hospitality industry. It involved one interview with HR and then a second interview with the restaurant where you would be working. Both interviews were conducted in a very casual and low-stress environment.
