Key Account Manager
The interview process was super organized and well-prepared, giving an awesome insight into the role and company. The first interview was quick but straight to the business about Lenus and the job. The second one was all about getting to know me and if I'd be a good fit, plus what a typical day looks like. Then, the third interview, which was a case study, really helps you understand what a KAM does and lets them see if you're the right candidate. Finally, there was a coffee meet to get to know future coworkers and ask them anything. Loved the whole thing.
- How do you handle rejection, and how do you navigate tough periods?
- Describe your strategies for overcoming difficult situations.
BI Specialist
This was a pretty efficient interview process with a few stages. First, there was an initial call with HR. Then, a 30-minute interview with the hiring manager. After that, a case study interview where I had to prepare the case study beforehand. Finally, there was an interview with the CFO. I felt like I was kept well informed at each stage and the whole process from applying to getting an offer took 6 weeks.
- What motivates you to join this company and this specific role?
- Can you elaborate on your technical experiences?
- Please present your case study and be ready to answer questions regarding it.
Software Developer
The hiring journey is quite thorough yet organized. It kicks off with an introductory meeting with HR, then moves to a technical get-to-know-you session. If there's mutual interest, you'll be assigned a case study, which involves writing a short report based on a project scenario. This project is the same for all positions, but the expectations differ by level. I had the freedom to choose the topic for the subsequent case study interview, which focused on the paper I had submitted a few days prior. During this interview, we engaged in some pair programming and discussed the work environment. A few days post-interview, an offer was extended. The entire experience was enjoyable, filled with laughter.
- We had an open discussion covering your background and what drives you.
- Can you elaborate on your past experiences and what motivates you?
Key Account Manager
My interview with Lenus went smoothly and they had a good selection of times, which was great for me as I'm looking for a job. First, there was a 30-minute HR Screen Call. Then, a 60-minute In-Person Interview with the Hiring Manager and someone from HR at the local office. The first call was fine, they told me about the job and the company. But, in the in-person interview, the Hiring Manager seemed unprepared. Some questions felt out of place, like asking about my personal life, which I thought was inappropriate and not related to the job. I also noticed a difference in the company culture they talked about compared to the initial call, especially between the Denmark HQ and the London office. So, while the scheduling was good, just be aware of potential cultural differences and the interview style in London.
- What motivates you to apply for this role?
- Why did you choose to apply to Lenus?
- Could you tell me about your background?
