The hiring journey is quite thorough yet organized. It kicks off with an introductory meeting with HR, then moves to a technical get-to-know-you session. If there's mutual interest, you'll be assigned a case study, which involves writing a short report based on a project scenario. This project is the same for all positions, but the expectations differ by level. I had the freedom to choose the topic for the subsequent case study interview, which focused on the paper I had submitted a few days prior. During this interview, we engaged in some pair programming and discussed the work environment. A few days post-interview, an offer was extended. The entire experience was enjoyable, filled with laughter.

Behavioral Technical Coding Presentation Case

Applied online for the senior software engineer role and had a great experience. The interview process was organized, clear, and professional. Liked the company culture and vision in health/fitness. The interview had four parts: a video screening with the recruiter about my background, skills, and why I want the job, plus they explained the next steps. Then a technical interview with the engineering manager, focusing on team management, agile methods, and working with junior developers. After that, I did some cognitive and behavioral assignments and got good feedback; they were well-structured. Finally, a case interview with two software engineers where I had to present a case study assignment I did beforehand on a real project, detailing my solution and rationale. They gave feedback and showed interest in my thinking. Got a rejection email, which was a bummer, but they gave feedback that another candidate had more technical seniority and suggested I improve my frontend/backend skills. They encouraged me to apply again for future roles. Overall, it was a positive experience with lenus eHealth, and I'd recommend them for a challenging FitTech career. Great company and team, wish them well.

Behavioral Technical

The whole application process took around two months. I interviewed with Lenus eHealth in Copenhagen. The interviews with HR and the engineers were really nice. Everyone at Lenus is friendly and open-minded, and they really make an effort to get to know your background and past experiences. The conversations just flowed naturally. The first part was a 30-minute Zoom call with HR where we talked about my background and why I wanted to join. Then, there was a 1-hour on-site interview with the engineering manager and a software engineer. They gave me a piece of code and asked me to review it and explain it. The whole process was super organized, and they even gave me several time options to pick from, so I had plenty of time to get ready and do some research. In the end, I got a call with the offer. It was a really smooth and well-organized experience!
