The interview process was super organized and well-prepared, giving an awesome insight into the role and company. The first interview was quick but straight to the business about Lenus and the job. The second one was all about getting to know me and if I'd be a good fit, plus what a typical day looks like. Then, the third interview, which was a case study, really helps you understand what a KAM does and lets them see if you're the right candidate. Finally, there was a coffee meet to get to know future coworkers and ask them anything. Loved the whole thing.

The interview process had four parts. First, I chatted with Kristina, the HR Specialist, to see if my skills fit their needs. She explained the whole selection process and what the job requires. We hit it off and saw a good match. Next, I talked with the Country Leader about the daily tasks, skills, and qualifications needed for the role, which helped me understand the team and leadership. Then, I had a Case Study and presentation to show my skills in Social Media, Marketing, and Sales. The case study was challenging but good, and I had a week to finish it before presenting. Finally, I met with the GM for Expanding Markets. This was a great chance to learn about Lenus's vision and mission, giving me insight into the company's purpose and the team's spirit. The whole thing took about a month from start to offer. It was a great experience, and everyone made me feel welcome, comfortable, and challenged. This shows Lenus values excellence and has an amazing team.

My interview with Lenus went smoothly and they had a good selection of times, which was great for me as I'm looking for a job. First, there was a 30-minute HR Screen Call. Then, a 60-minute In-Person Interview with the Hiring Manager and someone from HR at the local office. The first call was fine, they told me about the job and the company. But, in the in-person interview, the Hiring Manager seemed unprepared. Some questions felt out of place, like asking about my personal life, which I thought was inappropriate and not related to the job. I also noticed a difference in the company culture they talked about compared to the initial call, especially between the Denmark HQ and the London office. So, while the scheduling was good, just be aware of potential cultural differences and the interview style in London.
